Are you ready to transform the wellness industry into a business with us?

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager (M/F) to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass and revolutionize employees’ access to sports and wellness activities. In this role, you will play a key part in our company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and convincing new clients while building strong and lasting relationships with them. Reporting to the Belgian team lead, you are part of a small team ready to conquer the Belgian market!

Your responsabilities

  • Prospect and develop a client portfolio by identifying their specific needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Participate in meetings and business events to enhance visibility and build strong relationships.

  • Assist key stakeholders (HR Directors, Works Councils) in defining and implementing customized projects.

  • Conduct strategic negotiations and close deals within sales cycles of 3 to 9 months.

  • Analyze customer feedback to improve the offering and ensure satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure execution aligns with business objectives.

  • Efficiently use internal tools to manage business opportunities and achieve shared goals.

Profil recherché

  • You are Dutch Native speaker and speak english (French is a plus)

  • Graduate from a top business school or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with HR Directors, Works Councils

  • “Hunter” profile: passionate about prospecting and developing new accounts.

  • Expert in the art of successfully closing deals.

  • Enthusiastic about commercial challenges and collaborative work.

  • Comfortable managing KPIs and mastering your sales pipeline.

Process de recrutement

  • Interview with Carolin, Talent Acquisition Manager (30 minutes)

  • Practical case to complete at home within a week (1 week)

  • Interview with John, our Belgian Team Lead (1 hour)

  • Meeting with Jennifer, Sales Director (30 minutes)

  • Discussion with Johannes, our VP Sales (30 minutes)
